I’m sure you’ve noticed that I never share Drop Dead news as BMTH and DD are two separate entities and I prefer to keep this blog strictly BMTH, but this is important!

Drop Dead have teamed up with Akin Clothing to raise funds to source school uniforms for children in Costa Rica.

Most developing countries make it a legal requirement for children to wear a uniform to school, therefore families living on just a few dollars a day something as simple as a uniform can make receiving an education almost impossible.

100% of the profits will provide school uniforms and basic school supplies to children in the developing world.

You can donate £15, mail Drop Dead your school jumper (or any kind of shirt) and they will print a DD design on the inside and send it back to you. OR you can simply donate here. Drop Dead has informed me that you do need to cover shipping to the UK but they will ship it back to you for free. If you’re financially able to do so, please support this wonderful cause!

The Royal Albert Hall CDs, DVDs, vinyl, and photobooks are finally being shipped out! Blu-rays will take a bit longer, but most everyone will receive their orders within the next month :)

Fresh vinyl, just in time for the holidays! For the first time in the U.S., Bring Me The Horizon will make their first five releases available on vinyl.

Up for preorder now, the band will release commemorative versions of their debut EP, This Is What The Edge Of Your Seat Was Made For, as well as their first four LPs: 2006’s Count Your Blessings, 2008’s Suicide Season, 2010’s There Is a Hell, Believe Me I’ve Seen It. There Is a Heaven, Let’s Keep It a Secret, and 2013’s Sempiternal.

The albums will all officially be available on Dec. 16, and will also include some special edition color schemes. For starters, Canada will exclusively have all five releases in a translucent orange. The albums will also all be available in black, in addition to metallic gold in honor of Sempiternal having been certified gold by the RIAA.

Sempiternal will also be sold in opaque yellow as a [Newbury] Comics exclusive, and Hot Topic will carry red-and-white-swirl vinyl of Suicide Season and black-and-white-swirl of There Is A Hell…

Quick Update:

The Royal Albert Hall project ship date is going to have to be pushed back.

This is not what anyone wanted and we are very sorry to have to do this, but it is unavoidable. The good news is we are nearly there and it is going to be something very special.
